Yeah, so the research dude is actually gonna let me conduct this experiment on my own (eventually) so that's pretty neat. I go to the cafe everyday after lunch to collect the food waste people throw out until I get about 20 kilos of it, then I blend it in a giant mixer and feed it to my lil' bacteria buddies.
That's the most interesting thing I could write about now.
