more tomorrow than today | 4:07 PM |

Well then...it's been a while since I've last posted...one word sums up the past week or so: MOVING.
That's right, I don't think I've ever moved so many things in my life in such a short period of time. But I sure do feel them blubbers of mine toning up...i'm gonna be so ripped for softball...! Or not. Meh, I think that benchwarming is more than reputable a job, cause I'm gonna refuse to run the laps Adrian and Kwan will make me do!!!

So yeah, I finished my exams on the 22nd, packed up my stuff in res, 23rd said my farewells to my floormates, handed in my key and headed back to Toronto. It was a sad moment...these guys felt like family...really weird not being able to see them that often anymore. Despite the BO and un-flushed toilets, I've been truly blessed with these guys in first year residence. Yeah, while I was walking out...a buddy of mine played the song "Overboard" by the Rosenbergs...almost drove me to tears...heh.

24th was the big move-in day for my family to our new condo, it took about half a day to move all the big furnitures but lots of little stuff were still lying around our old house. Oh yeah, later that night I also got together with Mel and some of her buddies to be chillin' with her before she left for Taiwan. That was good times =)

Sunday came, went to WPC...probably the last time I'll be there for a while. Gonna miss the daycare kids...sorta...heh. Then the rest of the week was spend moving more boxes of misc stuff. Went for dim-sum tuesday with Mel, Emily, Eric, Will, Esther and Ramy. Adrian showed up later with his family and Barry and Kwan dropped by.

Started listening to my DE course lectures...yes yes, I'm a nerd on a stick.

Devos haven't been that grand lately, I think I've been too distracted with the moving and other stuff that keeps diverting my attention away. Needa keep "the main thing...the main thing"...!

[In Christ Alone] - Keith Getty and Stuart Townend

"No guilt in life no fear in death
This is the power of Christ in me
From life's first cry to final breath
Jesus commands my destiny
No power of hell no scheme of man
Can ever pluck me from His hand
Till He returns or calls me home
Here in the power of Christ I'll stand!"

2 exams down, 4 more left. Got together with James tonight, we had a good time of sharing and just chilling and eating Pho. I wish this term I had committed more of my time with people rather than with inanimate objects. It's the relationships that I cherish most in life. Also discovered today that there was a petting zoo near UW and a bike trail...pretty neat!

more tomorrow than today | 2:46 PM |

This afternoon was the highlight of my entire two weeks. Got together for lunch with Rolf, Kevin and Josh and had a really good time just hanging out, sharing, and eating. I really miss the fellowship with other believers (as CCC meetings are now over). Afterwards we sat outside and just prayed together and for one another. It felt so AWESOME praying in the midst of God's creation. The warm sun beaming down and the cold breeze rejuvenated my spirit and refreshed my mind. It's been a while since I last prayed outdoors (the last time I remembered was with Halo and after softball games...).

I'm really gonna miss a lot of the upper year students I've met this term. But this is not good-bye but "see ya' later" cause if our paths won't cross in this life it will in the next. God has truly blessed my time at Waterloo with these brothers and sisters.
